Description: Are you regularly harassed by strangers who make NO eye contact? If so, you may be a Targeted Individual. TI's are mobbed via the Gov's unholy harassment protocol. I only interview people willing to actively publicize Gang Stalking -- Live EVERY night @ 10 PM PT -- plus other times at random. Stalkers come from secret societies, workplaces, municipal workers, even churches -- they're ex-con's earning early release, satanists & COUNTLESS other sources. Initially these Gang Stalkers, may unwittingly believe the harassment they're unleashing at TI's, is critical surveillance or justified REVENGE without a trial. However, even the ENTRY level Perps eventually come to realize, they were LIED to, to justify their perpetrating -- plus they are being USED to drive some TI's to commit suicide. After that point, they become conspirators -- who knowingly participate in the PREMEDITATED KILLING of Targets. If you Google the term GANG-STALKING; you will find that the returned (audio, video, text pages) have been intentionally flooded by Perps, with CRAZY sounding dis-info, mixed with much truth. If you find it challenging to distinguish what is truth, remember -- if something does NOT sound ACHIEVABLE it's BUNK -- planted there to discredit the whole concept of Gang-Stalking. Targeted Individuals -- TI's -- who wake up and wise up to this protocol of subtle ORGANIZED STALKING, being inflicted on them -- and then speak out about it -- are discredited and mobbed even worse. Gang stalkers manipulate TI's to TAKE regular dosages of subtle harassment -- and SHUT UP about it. Targeting is often done to "keep an eye on" crime suspects -- however, the same resources are also diverted as REVENGE to people who merely spoke out. This is a Masonic practice, known as; secret, slow, or silent dagger -- where entire families are killed off, sometimes SLOWLY over generations. Google the term "Secret Societies" to see lists of 10 and 100 of them -- and this is the tip of the iceberg. ORGANIZED STALKING is a worldwide protocol. Just as cynical, perp ACTORS, who are with activist organizations -- appear to be sticking up for TI's -- but these are in fact Perp organizations -- who work to ISOLATE Targeted Individuals (TI's) from one another, while systematically draining away their financial reserves -- which makes it easier to TURN these TI's into low-level organized criminal Perps. The upper-level, Secret Society Perps are on a continual quest to expand their gang of newly turned members. Most perp recruits begin participating because it is their last option -- they do it for the preservation of them self, their family, job, assets, or anything that is dear to them. Targeted individuals should be wary of other users with forms and no substance, those who ridicule people who produce content directed at exposing these crimes against humanity, while they produce nothing but vitriol and lies against those taking a stand, for they are the COINTELPRO agents working to fracture a cohesive movement geared toward exposure. They are obvious. Anyone with eyes can see.

Despite my desire to escape this country because of its civilian torture program, operating under the guise of terrorists prevention, intelligence gathering, and law enforcement. My family and those who care should know that I would never just disappear without telling those closest to me that I am leaving. In fact, I would not leave them behind in this shit-hole. Therefore, if these agencies claim that I was distraught and disappeared to get away, it's a lie. I was most likely murdered. In addition, I'd like to reaffirm the previous statements that I am not suicidal, nor am I a danger to anyone else. I am just really pissed that justice is so damn elusive, in these "United" States.

 I have personal knowledge that the weapons mentioned in H.R. 2977 and the applications mentioned in the bill have been developed and are operating beyond the testing phase and well into the application stage. However, they are still perfecting methods, as the application of these systems are multifaceted and it appears to involve an iterative process of learning what works best, what is the most effective means of deployment with the highest success rate, how best to keep the public unaware of the factual reality, and which methods work the best for demonizing anyone willing to speak about such things, while neutralizing opposition to these very powerful weapons of mass destruction and mass manipulation, which apparently our taxpayers have funded so that the government can deploy them for inclusion with the other tools of totalitarianism it has at its disposal, like the electronic surveillance grid, and the citizen spy culture, a controlled media, etc.

 Last night (09/27/12), I was doing my rounds, when I went to the front of the house and felt a strange sensation which seemed to emanate from an external source, immediately followed by erratic palpitations and irregular heartbeats at an accelerated rate. Simultaneously, a black or blue large pickup that was parked across the street watching me started its engine and drove away. I believe the time was somewhere between 3:00-3:30 A.M. Weird, huh?

 I believe that it already has increased drastically. It's just that this next wave of targets is still largely unaware of what's happening to them, as each iteration becomes faster and stealthier. This was all made possible because of the efforts and complicity of the news media and the major internet content providers who are helping to cover up these crimes and censor those who are speaking out. Do these people really think that ignoring this problem is going to ensure their own survival? Perps and collaborators are kidding themselves.

 I went to the park today and got an interesting lesson in perp methodology. Apparently, information exchanges between police officers (perp handlers) and their stool pigeons and patsies (perps) are sometimes conducted in plain view under the guise of some need for assistance that is meant to give any onlookers a sense of normalcy. The information exchange I witnessed was done under the cover of a police officer helping a guy who was supposedly locked out of his vehicle..
