CBS Yellow Journalists Call the Election for Obama Two Weeks Early

Michele Wallace of KPHO told TheDC that this was the result of a mistake made with a test graphic:

"On Friday October 19th during a test of KPHO- CBS 5's election returns software we inadvertently aired a test graphic for about 15 seconds in an episode of Peoples Court," Wallace said. "The mistake was caught quickly and taken off the screen. With the election about 2 weeks away, the TV station routinely tests its equipment to ensure our viewers have the very latest's results on election night. We regret the error and apologize to any viewer who was confused by the mistake."

During the second debate between the Republican and Democratic candidates in the 2012 U.S. presidential election, the Democratic incumbent president, in the midst of a foreign policy scandal, in which he and the Administration have been lying to the American people, once again tried to mislead, by implying to over 50 million television viewers that he had clearly defined the Benghazi attack as terrorism, despite the fact that the Administration repeated several times that what happened was a opportunistic attack generated by a spontaneous demonstration caused by a Youtube video that was critical of Islam. This is the speech that he claimed provided evidence to support his ridiculous assertion.

This does not bode well for justice. It is instances like this that make it hard for justice to be served in the U.S. If a former head of the Office of Professional Responsibility at the FBI can be this dirty, then how the hell can the be expected to reign in governmental abuses on the part of their agents? I've got to tell you. Sometimes I wonder if they have the same people working on me that they used to staff the Abu Ghraib prison. Their mental degeneracy is right on par with the people involved in the prisoner abuse scandal there. It's a pretty sad reflection of our society when someone who is supposedly "free" is being worked over by such people because they use their First Amendment to discuss crimes committed against them and the political forces responsible for authorizing those crimes.

For those who like to bash Dick Morris. He does have a track record for predicting election results, as he predicted the 2010 Republican revolution based off of comparisons he drew between special elections in 1993 and 2009. Government speech is often more reprehensible than virtually any other type of speech. It is designed to take away what's left of our rights. Calls for people to be taken off the air. Calls for gun control. Calls to take away property. The hypocrisy of utilizing what the government wants to classify as hate speech against those who oppose their agenda. Justifying 4th Amendment violations and ridiculous swat raids. Loathsome comments toward constitutionalists. Painting people with the broad brush of racism. Class warfare. It seems like too few are willing to express their support, probably out of fear it will happen to them, but we have seen where such inability and terror has driven humanity before. It is my deepest desire to prevent that sort of calamity from befalling our civilization ever again. I hope we am not too late. Any way that you can get the word out is appreciated. This is every bit as evil and dirty as some of the programs that the Nazis were running. Sadly, it is happening in a nation that is supposed to be leading the "free" world. This should tell people precisely how dire the circumstances are in this nation, how deeply divided it is, how many people are disaffected by the current political parties, and how badly people need to start organizing to mount a defense against this tyranny. We don't have time to remain depressed anymore or to continue to walk around in a stupor. This thing just got much more serious with the "reelection" of Barack Hussein Obama.
